As problems may occur when used in rainy weather in an open space, be sure to use it in a space with a roof to avoid rainy weather.

Since the front part is composed of a magnetic detachable external plate, it can be removed by hand. Then simply remove the filter and wash it with water. (Multi and Tower models excluded)

Models below 5000 calories can be used in an ordinary house where any air conditioner can be used. Due to noise problems, we recommend the splittable model.
[All] Can the duct length be adjusted as desired by the user?
The standard length of the duct is 0.5 m and the length can be adjusted as required (maximum 10 m recommended) for additional cost.
[All] Do I need to discharge the condensate separately?
This may be necessary in special high-humidity environments (for example: rainy seasons, heavy rain, and other heavy work environments). All models of POWER COOL have a specially designed self-evaporating system, which significantly reduces condensate discharge. Accordingly, it is convenient in that users need to take care of condensate discharge less frequently compared to other products. In addition, a built-in condensate drain pump, available upon customer request, allows external condensate piping.

It is shipped with a standard 3 m between the working unit (indoor) and the ventilation unit (outdoor unit) and can be customized from 1 m to 15 m upon request. The maximum height difference is 8 m, in which case a separate condensate pump may be required.
